DC Design House

The 2011 Washington DC Design House opens tomorrow and for those of us who don't live near enough to stop by, the photos are online. An added bonus of the online tour is that we all get to vote on our favorite rooms. I picked my blogging bud Lauren Liess' room because I thought it was the most original and livable. I've only included a sampling of the spaces I liked best below, so be sure to check out the whole gamut on the Washington Post site. I'd love to hear which room you voted for, so report back in the comment area!

  1. I definitely love Lauren's room the most. It's the most organic looking, casual, livable, without being boring.

  4. I am impressed with the fun originality. When we do this in Chicago everything is very formal and generic. These are young and vibrant! Really love everything here
