Blue Print Bliss

Dallas is blessed with lots of beautiful shops but I must say that relative retail newcomer, Blue Print, might be the fairest of them all. The luxe furnishings boutique is set up in a gloriously old, quaint house in uptown on Fairmount. It is the ideal locale for their elegant yet modern goods that range from furniture (both antiques and a private label line) to original artwork, and from monogrammed linens and jewelry to lighting.

The merchandising is absolutely impeccable. The whole store looks and feels like a super chic home so shopping there is quite a lovely experience. With a constantly changing inventory, Blue Print should be a monthly stop for the decor obsessed. Take a look and prepare yourself for some ogling!

Grand entry...

There are exquisite vignettes like this all throughout the store...

Loved the knot detail on these draperies...

Perhaps my favorite room in the house store...

Modern wallpaper and a vivacious painting combine to make a delightful room...

I couldn't stop obsessing over all of the f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s doors!

Up to the second floor...

Such a fresh and sophisticated bedroom, isn't it? I love the color palette...

The cherry on top is their idyllic patio and pool area...

Here's a shot of the exterior...

These doors are SO perfect...

If you're in Dallas, you must spend some time at Blue Print...as you've seen, it's an amazing store!

Be sure to call or email the store for purchasing inquiries.

  19. Kyle,
Was so happy to meet you in person, if though briefly, at Blogfest!

I love Blueprint and made a pilgrimage there when I visited Dallas in March. So fun to see some of the things they've added since I was there. I will most definitely be stopping by when I visit again in Nov!
