I've seen
Molly Luetkemeyer's work before in magazines, but her recent
tag sale on One Kings Lane was what prompted me to visit
her design firm's website. I flipped through the whole
online portfolio and discovered quite an impressive oeuvre. All of the spaces are eclectic, vibrant, and dynamic...most effuse a mod, 60's or 70's vibe. I love the unbridled use of color and pattern...it's so refreshing and FUN. Throughout each space, cool vintage pieces and quirky accents are used which creates a fantastic rich, "collected" look (as opposed to an overly "decorated" look). Here's a small sampling of her design prowess...
What do you think of the work of M. Design Interiors? I think Molly is so talented and I can't wait to see her upcoming fabric line which is set to debut in the spring. Judging by her dextrous use of graphic textiles, I'm sure she'll come up with some awesome designs!
Also, Molly has a great blog called
mollyloot, so be sure to check that out.
