Bookworms

One of our peacock blue-painted bookcases is featured over at Emily A. Clark's blog...she's the lovely blogger who featured my bedroom on Monday so I've gotten lots of love from her this week! Today she's doing a feature on bookcases, so be sure to check it out.

  1. I just found your blog this morning--LOVE it! I could use some serious help on my huge built-in bookshelves that I posted about today! Thanks for the tip!

  5. I just found your blog and I LOVE it! You have amazing style and taste and I'm drooling over all your house photos. I've been debating painting some shelves in our house but have no idea what color. The room is a grey/sage green (Svelte Sage by SW to be exact) and the wood is white. I'd love to know if you have any suggestions.

  6. Thank you so much for your ideas for my bookshelf and wreath! I actually have thought of wallpaper behind the shelves, but haven't found any that I love. Do you have a place you like to get it through?

Love the 5 inch ribbon idea! Perfect.

I also love all the paint colors you've chosen in your home. I'm starting to go from neutrals to more blues and grays. You should do a post sometime on all your paint colors--you have the greatest colors!

Better yet--you should just come on over to my house and have at it!

  7. Andrea - since you don't need much wallpaper, check out Ebay. Also, if you're wanting to try the fancy wrapping paper option, go to Paper Source's website. You've totally read my mind on the paint color post! I'm planning one...the problem is that I mixed some of the colors myself so I need to get color match formulas done at Home Depot. Hopefully I can make that happen sooner rather than later!
