Highland Park Village Blogger Event Recap

Last night I had the pleasure of attending a super fun blogger soiree hosted by Highland Park Village. We shopped around and got showered with drinks, bites, and gift bags, so it was pretty amazing! And HP Village is truly extraordinary this time of year...as you'll see below, it glows with white Christmas lights so we got to enjoy the festive scenery while walking from shop to shop.

One of the retailers that hosted us was Five & Ten. As they say, F&T stocks "a little bit of everything" including the Row, Kelly Wearstler, Lanvin, Diptyque, and John Derian. I adore this place...

Perhaps my favorite stop of the evening was Number One / Le Jus, which is a new cafe / boutique.  Like its sister "store" Five & Ten, Number One offers an edited, but diverse selection of clothes, books, decor, accessories, and gifts. Besides the merch, this place is extra special because of the edibles and drinkables à la Le Jus Café Organique. They hosted us with some seriously delicious juice (with organic tequila) and bites, and I'm planning to go back this weekend for more!

I had the pleasure of chatting with the baker and she specializes in making healthy (dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.) treats, so I'll be making frequent stops in for her treats...

YUM!

I'm infatuated with the branding of this French salt blend...

The design of the space is killer. Don't you just love the portraits? You can see more of the space at Highland Park Village's new blog, Style and Social.

Next, Cafe Pacific generously treated us to some bubbly and ceviche. Here's a shot of my pretty compadres: Elizabeth, Amber, and Merritt

On we went to Lela Rose...

Not only do I love the stunning dress, I also love the stunning flooring in the store :)

I wanted to take this home with me...

These fabric-covered cabochons detailed the sleeves of this dress and I about died for it...

Trina Turk was another store I popped in. It's jam-packed with awesomeness so it was hard to make picks. Nevertheless, these were some of the standouts...

Trink Turk stocks swimwear year-round, so be sure to check it out if you're needing a suit!

Another lively embroidered pillow...

Chic little striped minaudière...

There was tons of great jewelry in the store...

We also popped into Anne Fontaine and I thought these were really cool belts...

And finally, I spotted this fab hot pink gingham men's shirt at Robert Talbott. It's a great gift option for the menfolk!

And to top off the fun, we were given swag bags filled with fun stuff from Kiehl's, DVF, Uber, Anne Fontaine, Five & Ten, LAFCO, and more. Five & Ten's bag was the jam...my fav things are the Le Labo candle, the RGB nail polish and the FEED pouch.

And to give you a tiny dose of interiors for the day, here's all of the loot sitting on my newly lacquered vanity that I told you was in the works about a while back...

Happy weekend!
